Driven by its vision, which is to foster good physical health and wholeness in the people of God, this small group's mission is simply to promote healthy eating habits via the sharing of recipes for healthy meals and desserts. Meeting on a monthly basis, the participants of this small group alternate in the cooking and sharing of healthy meal recipes and desserts with one another. With such important factors as, the amount of calories, the level of sodium, and the percentage of carbohydrates governing the meal selection process, participants always know just how healthy the food they're eating is.
